Job Title: Pastry Sous Chef

Join AccorHotel as a Pastry Sous Chef and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional culinary experiences. As a key member of the pastry team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats
  • Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Ensure that all pastry products are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Food safety certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations
