Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Lead to join our team at Women in Payments, supporting the Global Transaction Banking division. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in change management, project management, and financial services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior management team and local teams to develop and implement effective change management strategies. This involves ensuring smooth transitions for clients migrating to our global platform, aligning change management efforts with overall migration timelines and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to standardize communication and training material across regions;
  • Ensure that all stakeholders (internal teams, call centers, sales, and operations) are well-equipped to support the transition process;
  • Coordinate with local teams on training programs to ensure internal stakeholders are prepared for client transition processes;
  • Assess the impact of client transitions on internal teams and clients, identifying and mitigating change-related risks;
  • Support the incident management process by addressing transition-related issues quickly and efficiently;
  • Track and report on key change management metrics, including communication effectiveness, training uptake, and client adoption rates;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or related roles within financial services;
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes;
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and change management processes;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Our office is located in Toronto, and we welcome bilingual candidates who speak English and Spanish.
