Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Golden Goose Holdings Ltd. as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Marketing and Customer Service
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and enhance customer experience.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of 11-15 employees to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Technology and Systems
- Utilize accounting software, electronic cash registers, and point of sale systems to manage financial transactions and inventory.
- Transportation and Travel
- Use public transportation to travel to and from work.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
