Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, ensuring that we offer a competitive and appealing menu to our customers.
  • Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure that the restaurant operates within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available.
