Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure the restaurant operates within budget.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
