About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Trainer and Business Development Specialist to join our team at 360 Inc. in Griffintown, located close to public transportation.

Job Description:
  • Train and coach sales teams on best practices for using our CRM and business development tools.
  • Prospect within your client portfolio to offer consulting services.
Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with sales teams of our dealership clients.
  • Analyze remote CRM usage prior to visits and plan for the deployment of a strategic plan in line with dealer sales objectives.
  • Deliver sales training to groups and individually.
  • Solicit customers in your territory to invest in training and consulting.
  • Be the benchmark for the sales process inside the dealership.
  • Highlight the strengths and weaknesses of CRM users through performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that a training and/or performance plan or any other action as well as a follow-up will be done.
  • Work to improve work processes to maximize profitability of the sales department.
  • Participate in the development of motivation and training tools.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a car dealership.
  • Natural coaching posture and leadership skills.
  • Able to motivate people and manage conflict.
  • Knowledge of office software (MS Office).
  • Excellent communicator in French and English.
  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Results oriented.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
