About the Role:

As an Expert Technical Trainer at Cummins Inc., you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel. Your primary objective will be to enable technician efficiency, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive training plan to address business needs and forecast demand.
  2. Train and provide technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems, and tools.
  3. Maintain expertise through train the trainer sessions and update training materials regularly.
  4. Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and field performance.
  5. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing development.
  6. Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.

Work Environment:

The majority of your training will take place in Quebec City, Quebec. As a bilingual French/English speaker, you will be expected to communicate effectively with both languages, with approximately 85% of training delivered in French and 15% in English.

Requirements:

We require a college or university education or equivalent technical experience. Additionally, this position may necessitate licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

An intermediate level of relevant work experience is necessary, including experience in service. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Benefits:

This Exempt - Experienced position comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
