Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing office procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Evaluate New Procedures

The successful candidate will review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.

Delegate Work Effectively

They will delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Establish Work Priorities

Our ideal candidate will establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Carry Out Administrative Tasks

The Administrative Coordinator will carry out various administrative tasks, including administering policies and procedures related to record release requests under government legislation.

Coordinate Office Services

They will coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Maintain Budgetary Controls

The successful candidate will assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Prepare Reports and Correspondence

They will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of administrative experience. English language proficiency is also required.
