Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them and directing them to the appropriate personnel or service areas. They will also record and relay information, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and perform data entry tasks. Additionally, they will provide customer service, operate computer systems, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate personnel or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Record and relay information, schedule appointments, and answer phone calls.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Computer Systems: Operate computer systems, including database software and MS Windows.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Social Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and time management.
Working Conditions

The Front Desk Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The working hours are approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
