Job Description

The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing assistance with luggage and directions as needed.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, informing them of amenities, services, and local areas of interest.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, ice and vending areas, in-room safes, and valet laundry services.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, assisting with storage and retrieval as needed.
  • Assist guests/visitors with loading/unloading luggage and provide transportation arrangements, such as taxi cabs, shuttle buses, or limousine/sedan services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary.
  • Ability to move at a speed required to respond to work situations, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address their service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
