Québec, Canada Framestore Full time

As an Oscar-Award winning (Sci-Tech) team, innovation is at the heart of what we do as a company, be this developing new techniques, new ideas or creative new ways to tell our clients’ stories.

Underpinning all of this is a long tradition of research, technology and development - from engineering our bespoke software solutions to gaining early access to bleeding-edge technology and forging vibrant partnerships with leading academic and scientific institutions.

**Who We Are**

Framestore combines talent and technology to bring life to everything we create, whether in film, TV, advertising or immersive experiences. Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.

**The Role**

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in London to focus on making sure things run smoothly across our technology, production, and development teams.

Collaborating closely with the Project Managers and reporting directly to the Head of Technical Project Management - you'll play a pivotal role in keeping tabs on progress, aiding tool development, and ensuring project goals are crystal clear and in sync with stakeholder needs.

You’ll also shield the team, provide updates, and foster a collaborative, Agile-driven environment that ensures our projects run smoothly, promoting effective teamwork and championing ongoing improvement and top-notch performance.

Additionally, you'll manage ticket delegation in our Service Desk queues, including ticket triage, to ensure prompt support and issue resolution. Because of this, previous professional experience working with ticketing systems and project management methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Scrum would be an advantage.
- An understanding of project management workflows from technology industries or experience coordinating teams in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and navigate complex situations and relationships

**Desirable Skills**
- Previous professional experience in software/technology industries, preferably visualisation, games or VFX
- Previous experience working in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience with Agile/Lean/Scrum techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge of technical tools used to scale programs and develop solutions for complex technical products/services like JIRA or confluence
