Bellstand Attendant: Front Desk Hospitality Associate

Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, and provide exceptional service with luggage assistance. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation. Identify and explain room features, transport luggage, and assist with vehicle loading/unloading as needed.
Responsibilities:- Foster a welcoming environment by following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs promptly.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Read and verify information in various formats to stay informed.
- Respond quickly to work situations by moving at a speed required.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior work experience is necessary.
- No supervisory experience is required.
