About the Role

Frima Studio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives and projects
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track business performance
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
