Business Development Director

Dimonoff, a pioneering force in smart cities and connected solutions, is seeking a visionary Director of Business Development for IoT-Software to spearhead our Amotus division's sales activities. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping the world of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in business development activities, including conventions and conferences, to drive sales growth.
- Manage sales activities within your territory, delivering customer presentations and driving sales.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships at various customer levels.
- Collaborate with management to develop the commercial strategy for sales projects and company positioning.
- Coordinate with internal sales to prepare preliminary and final bids, as well as specific projects, to promote Amotus solutions.
- Update the sales database and prepare forecasts, monitoring projects and key accounts.
- Stay abreast of market technology to identify business opportunities for Amotus.
- Perfect comprehension and communication skills in English, essential for direct contact with American and international customers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sales, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in technology and business development.
- Able to travel occasionally for business events and business trips.
- Fully remote work possible.
- Flexible schedule with Friday afternoon off.
- 100% flexible work mode (hybrid, telecommuting, face-to-face).
- Flexible vacations and holidays.
