Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, talent acquisition, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire training and provide ongoing support to employees.
- Manage HR mail and paperwork, including sorting, filing, and distributing documents.
- Coordinate the requisition process for job openings, searching for candidates and reviewing applications.
- Coordinate training and scheduling for new team members with department managers.
- Stay up-to-date on employment law issues and provide guidance to employees.
- Assist the HR team with research projects and special initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field, with 2-5 years of experience.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional people skills and knowledge of labor laws and standards.
- Ability to answer employee requests, questions, and concerns.
- Solution-driven personality with a focus on helping employees meet their goals.
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
