Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, talent acquisition, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire training and provide ongoing support to employees.
- Manage and distribute HR-related paperwork and documents.
- Coordinate the requisition process for job openings and review applications/resumes.
- Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with department managers.
- Stay up-to-date on employment law issues and provide guidance to employees.
- Assist the HR team with various research projects and special initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field and 2-5 years of experience in HR.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional people skills and knowledge of labor laws and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
