Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Beedie. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including employee files, benefits information, and recruitment data
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license
