We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Hub International Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of various HR initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of various annual HR cycles, including merit review, performance reviews, goal setting, and bonus administration.
  • Maintain the HR calendar of annual events and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and process employee events, such as transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Administer the Leave Management process, including facilitating STD processes and tracking employee leave.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, including BC Employment Standards Act and Human Rights Legislation.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
