Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a critical member of our HR team, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and staff information management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire training and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage HR mail and paperwork, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Coordinate the requisition process for job openings, searching for candidates and reviewing applications.
  • Collaborate with department managers to schedule training and onboarding for new team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment law issues and provide guidance to the HR team.
  • Contribute to various research projects and special initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources and 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional people skills and knowledge of labor laws and standards.
  • Ability to answer team member requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Solution-driven personality with a focus on helping staff meet their goals.
  • Insight and skills related to talent acquisition.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
