Welcome to VNDR Beverage Group, a dynamic and fast-growing alcohol sales company in Ontario. We are dedicated to providing local alcohol producers with representation in the LCBO and Retail Stores.

We currently represent 16 quality Ontario brands, ranging from wineries, breweries, distilleries, ready-to-drink cocktails, and ciders. Our team of 14 sales professionals sells into LCBO and Retail accounts across Ontario, promoting the importance of supporting local businesses.

Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with LCBO and Retail Accounts in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing LCBO and Retail listings in your territory
  • Ask for the sale, close new accounts, and grow your territory
  • Own your backyard - Sell to local businesses in your community
  • Must be enthusiastic about Ontario, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Self-motivated and comfortable making in-person and over the phone cold calls
  • 3 Days a week, no evenings or weekends
  • On the road 3 days a week
  • You will be paid as an independent contractor
  • Base salary ranges from $1500 - $3000 monthly based on LCBO and Grocery listings each month in your territory, the more listings you manage the higher the base salary
  • Plus additional monthly commission based on LCBO sales
  • Activity bonuses and sales contests
Requirements:
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or alcohol sales industry
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Computer and access to internet
