About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Fluke, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Ontario territory. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess market conditions by geography, distributor, and end customer opportunity to identify potential growth areas.
  • Participate in defining and refining national plans, programs, and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Track funnel opportunities in an accurate and timely fashion using CRM tools.
  • Manage large key accounts, including national and multinational clients.
  • Meet with top-tier distributors regularly to develop an understanding of their business strategies and coordinate senior-level executive visits.
  • Initiate regular contact with distributors to request orders, ensure adequate stock, and provide new product information.
  • Work with the Sales team to set up new authorized distributor locations and follow up on stocking orders.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor promotions to distributor's branches.
  • Problem-solve ongoing field-related issues.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or comparable degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related sales role, with technical sales experience being a plus.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, requiring time management, creativity, and independent judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, and a CRM platform.
  • Must reside within the territory of Ontario.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Working Conditions:

Frequent travel and extended hours as required.
