Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with LCBO and retail accounts in your territory, managing and growing existing listings, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with LCBO and retail accounts in your territory
  • Manage and grow existing LCBO and retail listings in your territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your territory
  • Host staff tastings at LCBO locations to promote our products
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ontario beverage market and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or alcohol sales industry
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Vehicle or Transportation
  • Cellphone
  • Computer and access to internet

Compensation

You will be paid as an independent contractor with a base salary ranging from $1500 to $3000 monthly, based on LCBO and grocery listings in your territory. Additionally, you will receive a monthly commission based on LCBO sales, activity bonuses, and sales contests.

Availability

This is a 3-day a week position, with no evenings or weekends. You will be on the road 3 days a week, with typical hours from 9am to 4pm. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule as needed.
