Associate Director, Undergraduate Records

The Associate Director, Undergraduate Records, is a key member of the Information, Records & Registration Services leadership team, responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Undergraduate Records team. This role provides strategic leadership in the development, delivery, and management of registration, records, fee assessment, tuition appeals, grades, and graduation processes for all undergraduate students, aligning with strategic enrollment objectives across Student Services and the University.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the creation, maintenance, and retention of undergraduate student academic records, ensuring compliance with Senate-mandated policies.
- Lead the integration of technologies to support the enrollment process and collaborate with the institution-wide enrollment management team on business process improvements and operational planning for records and registration.
- Provide leadership in the development, delivery, and management of registration, records, fee assessment, tuition appeals, grades, and graduation processes for all undergraduate students.
- Collaborate with the Undergraduate Records team to ensure accurate and timely processing of student records and registration.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Administration and six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of University policies and regulations related to student admission, academic programming, registration, academic advising, and student services.
- Excellent knowledge of business workflow design and business process engineering.
- Excellent project management, team management, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and intercultural communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- 4 weeks' vacation (prorated for the first year).
