**Job Summary:**
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Undergraduate Records team, providing leadership in registration, records, and graduation processes for all undergraduate students, aligning with strategic enrollment objectives.
**About the Role:**
* The Associate Director, Undergraduate Records, is a key member of the Information, Records & Registration Services leadership team.
* Lead the development, delivery, and management of registration, records, fee assessment, tuition appeals, grades, and graduation processes for all undergraduate students.
* Manage the creation, maintenance, and retention of undergraduate student academic records, ensuring compliance with Senate-mandated policies.
* Collaborate with the institution-wide enrollment management team on business process improvements and operational planning for records and registration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide leadership and direction to the Undergraduate Records team.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures related to registration, records, and graduation.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes.
* Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Administration.
* Six years of related experience in operational management of a student services unit at a post-secondary institution.
* Excellent knowledge of University policies and regulations related to student admission, academic programming, registration, academic advising, and student services.
* Excellent project management, team management, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and intercultural communication skills.
