Job Title: Executive Director

Mc Mosa Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment:

Mc Mosa Industries Ltd. offers a dynamic and challenging work environment. The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
