Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to join Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive results.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior human resources role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, and analytical abilities to drive results.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent employment with Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc.
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively.
