Job Title: Divisional Administrative Manager
Job Summary: WCS Wildlife Conservation Society Canada is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Administrative Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and directing staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in administrative services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
