Reinsurance Administration Portfolio Manager

The Divisional Manager, Reinsurance Administration role at Berkshire Hathaway Group Reinsurance Division plays a key part in ensuring the division operates efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include leading, managing, and overseeing the timely and accurate processing of premium and volume information, validating the adequacy of premium provided by clients, and interfacing with clients to understand complex transactions and resolve premium shortfalls.
The ideal candidate will have five years or more of experience in life reinsurance administration and be familiar with standard reinsurance treaty terms. They will also have experience supervising a team in achieving departmental or project objectives, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
