About the Role

The Client Administration Analyst is responsible for ensuring the complete, accurate, and timely administration for an assigned group of Clients. This role will involve direct responsibility for managing Client accounts. The Analyst will be responsible for communicating information, regarding Client Issues and unusual reporting trends, to internal stakeholders. The Analyst is also responsible for supporting the Divisional Client Account Manager in managing external client relationships and will ensure policies and service standards are adhered to for all assigned client accounts. This position will report directly to the Divisional Client Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide all required administration services for assigned clients, including analyzing and validating client reporting and associated premium payments, while adhering to monthly and quarterly timelines;
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative (analytical and trending) in-depth analysis on client reported data to assess issues and identify potential risks and impacts. Analyze control reports and escalate any issues with known or potential financial impacts;
- Ensure key administrative risks are identified and participate in the suggestion and implementation of mitigation strategies;
- Execute a variety of processes utilizing Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools;
- Participate in projects as required;
- Actively seek enhancements and propose recommendations for new processes to improve efficiencies;
- Develop effective working relationships with external and internal clients;
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience supporting client billing or client data analysis;
- Insurance or reinsurance experience preferred but not required;
- Post-secondary degree;
- Exhibits keen attention to detail with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability to critically evaluate client data;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required;
- Knowledge of SQL Query, Power Query, Power Pivot and Tableau tools would be an asset;
- Experience in data management, data mining, building analytics reports and process automation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong client service focus;
- Ability to function effectively in a changing environment.
