Job Title: Divisional Administrative Manager

Job Summary: WCS Wildlife Conservation Society Canada is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and directing staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of results.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in administrative services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
