Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator Lead to join our team at AAREAL STAR DEVELOPMENT INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations within the organization.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies for the team.
  • Analyze employee data and information, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Permanent employment status.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
