Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to manage our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they meet organizational needs
  • Delegate tasks to team members and provide guidance as needed
  • Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security
  • Prepare operating budgets and maintain inventory controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
