At Creative Hawks Marketing Inc., we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Lead to oversee the day-to-day office operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising administrative staff, reviewing and implementing new procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description:

  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial reports, personnel files, and other important documents.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week.
