Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Lead to join our team at Queens Take out & Catering. This role is responsible for overseeing the administration of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate and refine existing procedures to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Train staff on new procedures and software systems
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management)
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
