We are seeking a skilled Administrative Team Lead to join our team at GTA Fantuan Corp.

About the Role

This permanent position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and goals
  • Delegate work to office support staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and provide financial reports as required
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff on new procedures and systems
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment
  • 40 hours per week

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
