Eataly North America is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, work safety, and sustainability across our Toronto stores.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety management, with experience in auditing, compliance, and training. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits, providing training and support to store staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular food safety audits and provide feedback to store staff
  • Develop and implement training programs for food safety and work safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Manage and maintain food safety and work safety certifications
  • Provide support and guidance to store staff on health and safety matters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. food safety, health and safety, environmental health)
  • 4+ years of experience in food safety management
  • Strong knowledge of OHSA and local DOH regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
