WE ARE SEEKING A RESULTS-DRIVEN AND CUSTOMER-ORIENTED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR NORTHEAST ONTARIO.

Candidates should reside in the designated area.
This role is intended for individual contributions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute business development strategies tailored to a specific territory; Assess current and prospective clients and develop customized action plans; Enhance market share by promoting our comprehensive solutions; Foster team commitment towards shared objectives; Cultivate and sustain exceptional relationships with clients, partners, colleagues, and suppliers; Maximize customer profitability through various initiatives; Formulate strategies for new contracts and renewals; Address clients' OHS challenges by proposing innovative solutions through a consultative approach.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

An entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven history of meeting sales targets; A passion for excellence, a strong desire to succeed, and a commitment to personal and professional growth; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with disciplined planning and execution capabilities; Proficient in computer skills, with experience in Salesforce and MS Office, and possess a valid driver's license; Ability to thrive in a self-directed, autonomous environment from a home office; Aiming to grow as a leader within SPI. Proven ability to engage at multiple levels within customer organizations. Demonstrated leadership skills through direct or indirect influence.

WHAT WE VALUE IN CANDIDATES

Consultative selling approach; Over 5 years of experience in a comparable role; Extensive experience and connections across diverse markets. Familiarity with Health and Safety products and solutions is a definite advantage; Willingness to travel; Valid driver's license.
