WE ARE SEEKING

A results-driven and customer-centric Business Development Manager for the Northeast Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute business development strategies tailored to the designated territory.
  • Assess current and prospective clients to develop customized action plans.
  • Enhance market share by promoting our comprehensive solutions.
  • Foster team commitment towards shared objectives.
  • Build and sustain exemplary relationships with clients, partners, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Maximize customer profitability through various initiatives.
  • Formulate strategies for new contracts and renewals.
  • Address clients' OHS challenges with innovative consultative solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven sales track record.
  • Possesses a passion for excellence and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Exhibits strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with disciplined planning and execution capabilities.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills, including Salesforce and MS Office, and holds a valid driver's license.
  • Can thrive in a self-directed, autonomous home office environment.
  • Aims to develop as a leader within SPI.
  • Has a successful history of selling across various levels within organizations.
  • Exhibits leadership qualities through direct or indirect influence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Consultative selling experience.
  • 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience and connections across diverse markets.
  • Experience with Health and Safety products is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.
