About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our Canadian Channel organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategy and execution across a team of Sales Managers and Channel Account Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers and Channel Account Representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including channel partners, managed service providers, and telecommunications providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, identify new opportunities, and drive growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in a dynamic, highly competitive technology environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Excellent business and financial acumen, with strong planning and operations skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
