Nadeem Islam Realty P. C. Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to oversee and coordinate administrative procedures of our real estate office.

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around $45,000 per year based on industry standards in Regina, SK.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures, including reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Put in place work priorities, assign tasks to support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, manage property listings, and ensure accurate information is posted.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Manage policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning and management processes.
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Time-management skills.
