**Job Title:** Administrative Support Specialist
Are you looking for a challenging administrative role in a dynamic organization? We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Part Time to join our team at Employment Network Canada Inc. as an Administrative Support Specialist.
Job Description:- Provide executive/administrative support to the Executive Director, committees, and other senior staff members. Prepare documents for Board meetings, conduct research, and assist with special projects as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office. Oversee and promote efficient office operations, manage and anticipate the needs of the office, and maintain technology needs for virtual and in-person meetings and presentations.
- Take registrant payments, provide data entry, bank reconciliations, credit card processing/reconciliations, and enter financial data into the accounting system and database management system.
- Coordinate the design and communications needs, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, website updates, newsletters, annual report publications, and strategic plan documents.
- Maintain the filing system, administer retention and destruction requirements for internal files according to legislation and policies, and manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration is an asset, along with formal training/education in digital communications, graphic design, or a related discipline.
- Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or finance and related accounting software, such as 4-5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Experience supporting a not-for-profit organization and Board of Directors is an asset.
- Knowledge of WordPress website management system is an asset.
- Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; demonstrated experience in accounting software programs.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
