Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. In this role, you will provide administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to various departments and programs.

About the Job

This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and intermediate keyboarding and computer skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to various departments and programs
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • One (1) year experience in an office environment
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Intermediate keyboarding skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $22,020 to $23,550 per annum, based on a 3-step range within Pay Band 10. This position does not require travel or overtime.
