About the RoleAs a Senior Account Executive at Quadient, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer success. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of our company.
Your Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets for hardware and SaaS solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely reporting through Salesforce
- Cultivate opportunities and facilitate the sales process by demonstrating products and solutions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers at all levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and deliver quantifiable business impact
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong business acumen and ability to adapt to new technology are essential for this role.
The Ideal Candidate- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a software or hardware industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
At Quadient, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our total rewards program also covers wellness, work-life balance, and more, including a generous referral scheme.
