Job Title: Solar Business Development Executive

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Firefly Solar Inc. as a Solar Business Development Executive and play a crucial role in driving sustainable energy adoption in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with prospective customers to create interest in solar energy solutions.
• Educate homeowners about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
• Prepare documentation, gather necessary client information, and schedule client meetings.
• Answer client questions, provide product details, and address inquiries to build customer interest in solar energy solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads.
• Meet and exceed lead generation targets to support the company's growth.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background in sales or customer service; experience in the solar industry is a plus, minimum 1 year of experience.
• Comfortable with technology and using CRM tools.
