We offer a competitive salary range for this role, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This two-year nation-wide rotational program is designed for college and university graduates who self-identify as Indigenous Peoples of Canada. You will gain hands-on business experience, develop essential skills, and build valuable connections with colleagues and industry leaders.

You will complete four rotations: three within a specific business area and one unique rotation within a registered charity or qualified non-profit organization. This opportunity will provide you with meaningful work experience, exposure to different aspects of business, and the chance to apply your skills in a real-world setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A recent undergraduate degree or minimum of a 2-year college diploma from a relevant area of study.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key partners.
  • Effective team member and independent worker.
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
