Senior Archaeologist and Indigenous Relations Specialist

About the Role:
AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Archaeologist and Indigenous Relations Specialist to join our team in BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading archaeological field programs, developing project proposals, and consulting with Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead archaeological field programs and consult with Indigenous communities
- Develop project proposals and business development activities
- Write technical archaeological assessment reports
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of archaeological programs
- Consult with Indigenous Peoples and communities on archaeology projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in archaeology or related field
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Permit to complete archaeological assessments in B.C. Culture Areas
- Experience with Indigenous consultation and engagement
