**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

**Job Description**

As an Indigenous Peoples Financial Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and developing financial plans tailored to the needs of Indigenous customers.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, offering expert advice and guidance on financial products and services. Your proactive approach will help build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their long-term financial well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively identify customer needs and develop personalized financial plans
  • Educate customers on financial products and services
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service

**Requirements:**

  • Appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards CIFP Diploma
