Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements

- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
