Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Staff Source Services Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Support the HR department in achieving organizational goals
  • Coordinate information flow within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Manage mail and other materials
  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Oversee occupation classification and rating
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain information filing systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Environment

  • Permanent position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
