Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pho Thi Fusion. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices as needed, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
